Sports Performance Training
The PEAK Strength and Fitness staff utilizes a comprehensive systematic and integrated training approach to help athletes achieve their desired performance goals. Traditional strength and conditioning programs primarily focus on absolute or maximum strength gains in isolated muscles through single planes of motion. Athletic activities are multi-planar and require acceleration, deceleration, and dynamic stabilization. The PEAK Strength and Fitness staff will direct training through all planes of motion by establishing high levels of functional strength and neuromuscular efficiency by designing training programs that integrate flexibility, core, balance, plyometric, speed/agility/quickness, resistance and cardiorespiratory training.
