What is included with PEAK Membership?

So you’re considering joining/have recently joined PEAK Strength and Fitness, and you’d like to know more about what your membership will include.

Most of our members purchase the BASIC Membership. This membership includes three hour long full body Strength and Conditioning group classes per week, not to be done on consecutive days, and one HIIT class.

Each Strength and Conditioning class starts with a mobility warm-up which includes core, followed by a full body workout. Because all muscle groups are working, it is necessary to take 48 hours between workouts (see photo) to allow the muscle fibers to heal. Lifting weights breaks down muscles so they can come back stronger.

Experienced lifters who want to work out four days a week have 2 options. With the purchase of the Advanced Membership, members can opt for split lifts, where they alternate between upper and lower body days, or they can do the every second day full body workout and add in an Advanced workout on Saturday morning with Dr. Carodine.

All members are welcome to attend one HIIT class and are encouraged to do as much cardio as they like. There is always a cardio board of the week as well as the cardio equipment, all of which are available during Open Gym hours.
